Baked Buffalo Wings

My first recipe post!  My biggest weakness is buffalo wings.  I LOVE them!  So, tonight I decided to make some for dinner.  Well, I actually used chicken drumsticks since that is what I had defrosted.

1 lb. of chicken wings (or drumsticks)
flour
1/2 C. butter
1/4 C. Frank's Redhot sauce (I actually used 3/4 C. because we like it SPICY)
3/4 C. ketchup

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Have the chicken wings/drumsticks thawed and lightly batter with flour.

Arrange in a 9X13" pan as shown.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.  Add the ketchup and hot sauce and whisk together until smooth.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.  The end results (sorry for the glare):

Served with bleu cheese dressing (or ranch if you prefer) and yumm-o!  I am loving dinner tonight :)
