So, I've kinda dropped the ball on this one but I'm trying to manage my time better so I'm starting this up again! My husband is gone this week but with my own three kids plus at least 2 others everynight, I figured I'd still do family meals. So, here is my week's menu:

So there it is...our plan for this week!
I am having the hardest time getting organized with meals! It doesn't help that I recently went vegan while my hubby and 3-yr-old are still omnivores. I kind of have a plan for this week but I wish I could have a plan ahead of time or cook a big batch of something or overlap ingredients. You make it look simple! :) Thanks for sharing!
